So I'd noticed I hadn't done anything from my sports/exercise section, so I picked one of those!
Lift weights for 10 minutes straight
I was originally trying to do the dance for 6 songs, but I overestimated my ability and made it through 4. So then I picked up some 8 lbs weights and did this one!
It was difficult, I'm not used to lifting weights anymore. Plus doing it after all of that dancing was a challenge in itself. But I'm happy I did it. I should do it more often!
